Public Relations ROI — what is it, how does PR add value?
PR impacts the entire sales funnel in “silent” ways, and also impacts activities outside of sales. Many companies — startups to behemoths — understand the awareness and branding effects of PR. Media coverage, social media outreach and custom-created content creates a welcome mat for customers, investors, partners and employees. It’s how small companies play bigger, and get mentioned in the same breath as competitors many times their size.

… often “attribution” to your PR activities is unknown. It’s like “direct” traffic to your website that seems to magically appear.
